Vaibhav Sooryavanshi has been the most destructive batter of this IPL season, taking apart bowlers like Cummins, Bumrah and Bhuvi with ease.

Yet the one bowler he simply couldn’t figure out was Mohsin Khan.

Across two RR vs LSG games, Vaibhav scored just 2 runs off 12 balls against Mohsin and was dismissed twice. In their first meeting, Mohsin even bowled a wicket maiden to him.

In the second game, Vaibhav managed only 1 run off Mohsin in the second over of the innings, leaving him at 1 off 4.

Now here’s the fascinating part.

When did Vaibhav face Mohsin again? Not until the 14th over, by which time he had smashed 92 off just 36 balls. Mohsin dismissed him again, but the match was already over by then.

An absolute tactical disasterclass!
